This Advent we find ourselves on a journey together.  We gather together each Sunday of Advent, and on Christmas Eve, anticipating the birth of our Savior, the Messiah. We wait in eager anticipation until that day we declare with great joy: “Jesus Christ is born today!”
We find ourselves, like the shepherds and wisemen, journeying towards the manger, anticipating the birth of something wonderful, a child, who has come to save us all.

We find ourselves drawn to this specific time and place in the history of our faith, when we join with Christians around the world declaring, “Joy to the world, the Savior’s born!”  Come, let us rejoice together at the incredible love shown to us by God who gave us the greatest gift that could be given.
We find ourselves searching for religious meaning during a season which the secular world seems to have taken hold.  Come, find the Holy meaning of this season at Church, gathering with others as we recall the true meaning for the season.
We find ourselves harried, frantic, busy, exhausted, and maybe even a little bit tired of this time of year.  Come, find the peace and the calm that only Christ can provide to those who know Him.
I invite you to come, find, and renew yourself, your faith, and your purpose, each Sunday during the Advent season and on Christmas Eve for worship at 5:00 p.m.  Join with your church as we gather this season to remember the Holy reason, the Holy Day which the holiday’s are based on.  Join us in worship as we celebrate and anticipate the coming of our Lord on this earth!

In His Name,     Pastor Jon
