AUGUST IS MISSION MONTH!

Presbyterian Women will be celebrating “Mission Month” in August.  This year we will be honoring First Presbyterian Church’s 150th Anniversary as our mission project.   The theme “HONORING OUR CHURCH HERITAGE”  will be highlighted each Sunday.  On August 1, Nancy Jelinek, Moderator of Presbyterian Women, will give a Minute for Mission.  On August 8, prayer shawls will be displayed and dedicated.  On August 15, there will be a display of the mission causes and projects we support.  A bake sale will be held on August 22 and the Mission Sunday Luncheon will be on August 29.   Additionally, a Farmers Market will be held every Sunday so bring your garden produce, flowers, canned goods, and any other items you would like to contribute.
